Visa requirements:
Purchase of real estate in the UAE worth from 750.000 to 2.000.000 dirhams.
It is allowed to purchase several real estate objects with a total value of the specified amount.
At the same time, the amount of funds actually paid for real estate does not matter.
Both finished real estate and under construction are allowed.
If the property is under construction, it is required that at least 50% be built.
If the percentage of construction of the facility is less than 50%, then you can get a visa, but only with prior approval from the Land Department. To obtain a preliminary agreement, provide the documents to us in advance.
