For example, Russian citizens receive a free tourist visa on arrival, valid for 90 days. While this is often considered a visa-free arrangement because no prior application or fee is required, it is officially categorized as a "visa on arrival."

Apply for a Residence Visa: If you plan to stay in the UAE long-term, you should apply for a residence visa, which includes obtaining an Emirates ID.
